KT Engineering, Ubiquitous, and Soul Systems Sign MOU for Business Cooperation

On June 18, 2024, KT Engineering, Ubiquitous, and Soul Systems signed an MOU for business cooperation.

The scope of business cooperation is switch and LAMPAD solution product fields, KT Engineering is in charge of sales, design, construction,

and maintenance in the cooperation field, Ubiquitous is in charge of switch and LAMPAD solution switch supply and delivery and technical support,

and Soul Systems is in charge of switch and LAMPAD solution development and supply, and technical support.

The three companies agreed to maximize profits through a win-win business by cooperating in customer discovery and marketing through a strategic business alliance for the cooperation field.
